COVID19 CUSTOMER SURVEY.

The aim of this survey is to allow us to make informed decisions about the risks posed to our agents, and in turn to you, and to find out if any of our clients need special consideration due to illness and age.

We will ask you to complete this survey on a weekly basis before any clean is due. We are in a very fast-moving environment so we should all take that extra bit of care going forward.
